Leighton Contractors' Investment and Facility Management division is a specialist team within Leighton Contractors that delivers infrastructure investment, facility management and infrastructure services. The Division works in conjunction with other Leighton Contractors’ Divisions, drawing on the design, construction, operations, maintenance and financing expertise of the Company, to deliver an integrated approach to the delivery of critical infrastructure.
The Investment and Facility Management Division currently has about $3bn worth of work in hand and has invested more than $330 million of equity in key projects during the past decade.
