We are currently delivering and maintaining major infrastructure projects in the transport, Defence, education, mining and health sectors.
Where necessary, we form consortia and strategic alliances with key partners and often invest in these projects to ensure we work with our clients over the life of a project to deliver optimum outcomes.
A long-term partner
Our projects typically involve significant financing and equity risk transfer from the client for the construction of complex infrastructure followed by operation and maintenance of the asset over an extended period, usually around 30 years.
That’s why we also offer specialist expertise in long-term maintenance and management solutions for the road maintenance, facility management, health care and social infrastructure sectors.
